This initiative, soon to be launched, focuses on creating a thriving ecosystem and significant job opportunities.

“We (Omoh Homes) are proud of the potential this Green Housing Project holds in terms of job creation and the creation of a robust ecosystem,” said Nicholus Okach, Group CEO of Omoh Homes.

The project will roll out in 17 counties across Kenya, covering nearly 120 sites.

It aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, targeting poverty reduction and job creation.

Speaking in Nairobi, Mr. Okach urged county governments to support the project, emphasizing its economic benefits at the grassroots level.

“The number of direct and indirect jobs it will create will be in the hundreds, if not thousands, providing families with a stable income,” he added.

Omoh Homes invites developers and EPC contractors to participate, with the vetting process currently underway. Interested parties can contact projects@omohhomes.com.

Counties set to benefit from this initiative include Machakos, Nairobi, Murang’a, Kilifi, Uasin Gishu, Siaya, Mombasa, Kakamega, Turkana, Nyeri, Vihiga, and Kajiado among others.
