A notorious hot air supplier who made millions in the previous Jubilee Government regime is now among the most wanted man within the criminal justice system.

The man, who commonly known as Ali and trades for Biftu investments limited and Churi Agencies Limited has infiltred the Kenya Kwanza supply chain where he has already made over Ksh 600million within the last one year.

His last backdoor deal saw him bag Ksh 58million in one of the government agencies.

The well dressed tall guy who smiles at the sight of any good looking woman prides of his connection with Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and his Trade Counterpart Moses Kuria has set up a private office where he calls and threatens parastatal heads and senior government officers to give him tenders or risk being sacked.

A female Somali business lady whose name we are withholding said the man keeps mentioning the name of Duale and Kuria to blackmail and intimidate his way through the procurement system.

“The guy is so calculative.He knows how to use his money. He only uses people and uses the name of Duale and Moses Kuria. He says that EACC and DCI are under his remote control,” she said.

The guy who says he is the senior most cartel in the Kenya Kwanza adminstration has promised to set up a multibillion business in Dubai and another one in the Kenyan Coast region.

Our investigations reveal that he has held several meetings with governors to secure multimillion tender deals.

A governor who knows him well turned him down and told him to do whatever he can do.

The mysterious man, uses some of his employees to run his errands and has instructed them to only sign multimillion deals.

Our grapevine search unmasks his love for women and high end social spending where he targets the creme Dela creme in governorment circles.

DCI and Sleuths who are not in his circles are convinced that they will soon get him and present him before court.
