Optiven Real Estate Limited, captained by George Wachiuri, has fulfilled the dreams of its clients by delivering title deeds for a property they purchased in Kenya to their doorstep in Delaware, Kansas, Texas, Atlanta, Califonia, Virginia, New Jersey and minesota.

Speaking, Wachiuri called on Kenyans to invest back home noting that Optiven is ready to deliver their title deeds to their door steps just like they have been doing for the last decade.

This achievement of delivering titles at Delaware, USA comes shortly after Optiven bagged its third award of 2023 at an event held on May 6th in Washington DC.

The award ceremony was part of a three-day conference by the Global Diaspora One Voice consortium, where stakeholders discussed bridging business opportunities between Africa and the US.

After receiving the award, George Wachiuri dedicated it to the company’s customers, acknowledging their loyalty and the company’s relentless dedication to innovation and customer service over the last 23 years.

About a week ago, Optiven again opened its office in Kent, Washington, officially marking its entry into the USA market.


The new office, located at 1819 Central Ave South Building C #139, Kent, WA, 98032, will cover the Pacific North West region of the country.
