The Green Congress of Kenya party has plans afoot to engineer a revolution that will see the green economy employ thousands of Kenyans and turn Kenya’s climatic challenges into one of the greatest economic opportunities.
Party Leader Hillary Alila believes that the harsh challenges that emanate from climate change can be turned into opportunities for Kenyans, building a robust economy that seeks to transform economic transgressions into profitable enterprises.
In an emphatic message to all Kenyans, Alila has invited fellow Kenyans into joining the Green Congress of Kenya’s agenda which he says will be a new green future for Kenya noting that this ambition is within reach if all people came together.
“The future of work is green. Imagine thousands of Kenyans employed in sectors where they install and maintain solar panels on homes and businesses. In Manufacturing and maintaining electric vehicles and boda-bodas. In building world-class recycling and waste management industries or in pioneering climate-smart agriculture and food processing?” Alila posed

“The Green Congress of Kenya is committed to a Green Jobs Fund which can be used to train and finance Kenyan entrepreneurs in these sectors where innovators, engineers, or entrepreneur are empowered in the green economy,” He continued.
Alila has indicated that starting this week, he has embarked on a journey to lead Green Congress of Kenya in this exciting journey offering that the idea he envisions is a Kenya where our economy thrives in harmony with our environment. Where our children inherit a nation cleaner, greener, and more prosperous than the one we know today.
According to the entrepreneur and politician, Alila noted that this bright new future for Kenya can be built on social, economic and environmental justice.
He noted that prosperity is rooted in sustainable opportunities for all and a collective effort to build the Kenya we deserve demands a unity of purpose.
“This is not a dream. It is a mission. Join me as we break down how we get there.” Alila concluded.
