The suspected shooter at former US president Donald’s campaign rally has been trumped to death at Butler in Pennsylvania.

Trump was trapped in a series of five gunshots with another hitting at his upper right ear when he was delivering speech on Sunday ahead of the US presidential election on 5 November.

“Secret security service immediately took cover and rushed Trump out of a rally to a nearby medical center,” Guardian writes.

One spectator has died and another seriously injured.

President Biden said, “I am praying for Trump’s recovery… there is no place for politically motivated violence in the US.”

Despite the attack, the former president said he will attend the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
