RBA deputy director Lazarus Keizi today chaired the retirement benefits authority public participation forum today.
The main goal of the forum was to collect the views of members of the public regarding the current state of the retirement benefits authority and how to make it better.
Mr Keizi promised to review the concerns and appreciated views given by members of the public.He reassured the elderly that they are digital and now everything is paperless.Members can go online and follow up on their pension payouts instead of travelling all the way to Nairobi.
He urged the youth and members of the public to start saving early for retirement.The earlier they do it the better.He appreciated everyone who came out for the public participation and stated that it was successful.
